Callanetics Class

Update for Autumn 2016.
The Callanetics class held in the Kirk Hall on Tuesdays from 7-8pm is full and has a waiting list.
Lucy White who takes the class will be considering the possibility of other classes, possibly in Dirleton.
The Callanetics Exercise Programme is aimed at all ages and body types, to create a visible difference in toning and shape in just hours by a series of exercises involving repetition of small muscular movements.
